AGM information 2017:<\/strong><\/p>\n

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Notice is hereby given that the 112th Annual General Meeting<\/strong> of the East Christchurch-Shirley Cricket Club Incorporated will be held at the Pavilion, Burwood Park at 6.00 pm on Monday 25 September 2017.<\/p>\n

The Annual report of the Management Committee will be submitted to the members for consideration, and the following ordinary business will be transacted:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Confirmation of the minutes of the 111th Annual General Meeting held on the 28th day of September 2016.<\/li>\n
  2. Adoption of the Annual report, Statement of Income and Expenditure and Balance Sheet as at 31st May 2017.<\/li>\n
  3. Election of Officers, Management Committee and Honorary Auditor for the coming season.<\/li>\n
  4. To consider the following Notice of Motion to be proposed by Jeff Cope and seconded by Donn Leckie. “That subscriptions for the 2017\/18 season will be at the rates set out below. These remain unchanged from last season but are restated at the discounted rate.
    \n<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    Senior players – Men<\/em><\/td>\n$260 <\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Senior players – Women<\/em><\/td>\n$130 <\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    U18 \/ Secondary students<\/em><\/td>\n$125<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Twenty 20 Grade players – Men<\/em><\/td>\n$160<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Junior players<\/em><\/td>\n$90 <\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Junior family membership<\/em><\/td>\n$150 <\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Year 5 player<\/em><\/td>\n$45<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Year 8 player, pre-Xmas<\/em><\/td>\n$45 <\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Social member<\/em><\/td>\n$20 <\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    All Senior and U18\/Secondary students must pay a minimum of $100 before the start of the season.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n


    \n<\/strong><\/em>To consider the following Notice of Motion to be proposed by Donn Leckie and seconded by Harry Burson: \u201cThat Jeff Cope be elected as a Life Member of the East Christchurch Shirley Cricket Club in recognition of his services to the club.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
